Instructions For Use
- General cleaning floors, walls etc.
- Dilute Suma® Break Up 1:40 with warm water
- Mop or wipe over surface or foam onto surface using foaming equipment
- Rinse with potable water after use
- Allow to air dry.
- Fat Fryers, canopies etc.
- Dilute Suma Break Up 1:20 with hot water
- Empty fat from fat fryers, fill with Suma® Break Up solution and bring to boil.
- Submerse baskets to clean.
- Drain fryer and rinse with potable water after use.
- Allow to air dry
