Low Foam Heavy Duty Detergent Builder
ENCORE LF is a clear tan coloured liquid formulated as a high performance heavy duty low foaming
detergent. A synergistic blend of powerful alkali and surfactants that quickly break up and solubilise heavy
oily soils and greases. ENCORE LF is an excellent performer in mechanical auto floor scrubber applications
where it provides the ultimate in detergency, without excessive foaming.

- Easily dispensed through a dilution / dispensing dosing system
Application:
For lightly soiled areas or regularly cleaned (daily); ENCORE LF may be diluted up to 80:1 with clean water.
Dosage rate may be altered for more heavily soiled / high traffic areas, up to 20:1 will easily remove the
most stubborn soils. Dispense diluted ENCORE LF into floor scrubber, or mix in bucket / container and
mop/scrub onto floor. Allow what contact time is available, then rescrub with water rinse off to
complete/dry.
Safe to use on concrete and epoxy coated workshop / factory floors, other surfaces should be tested in a
small area prior to use.
ENCORE contains alkaline ingredients and can cause burns. When handling this product always wear
goggles or face shield and gloves.

With regard to the use of this product as a cleaner and / or sanitiser that may have incidental contact with
food:
1) The raw materials / ingredients of this product are permitted as ‘processing aids’as listed under
clause 12 of the Food Standard Code 1.3.3 (Food Standards Australia New Zealand FSANZ) or
2) Are Generally Regarded as Safe (GRAS) according to the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA)
or are recognised in the US Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Title 21 part 178 as indirect food
additives.
When used in accordance with the directions described in this product technical bulletin, this product
complies with these recognised food safety parameters.
